Substantiation Statement in reference to the ACCC Carbon Tax Removal Substantiation Notice

CAC GAS & Instrumentation is a SPECIALTY GAS supplier who imports and distributes SCIENTIFIC calibration gas including those which are Synthetic Greenhouse Gases (SGG’s).

CAC GAS holds a licence under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act, to import SGG’s.  Licence No. SGGL58845796

To date we have not experienced any reductions in our costs from suppliers due to the carbon tax repeal nor do we foresee any decreases in the future that related directly to our business activities.

Indirect decreases may occur in regards to cost which is not in our control such as fuel pricing or power costs.
